One of the most important products before you start your makeup everyday is FOUNDATION or Other color makeup products if you prefer BB cream and CC cream. Foundation is very important to start off your makeup, because you want flawless and brightened up skin.

Today I picked two products that is considered Best liquid foundation in some opinion. There are lot of Great and Best liquid foundation out there but since I can't offered to buy every singe, I got these two products to compare, Why don't you read along and tell me which one is the best and who wins?

Let's start with colors

These two products has various colors for various type of skin color

I think its good for both products to give the girls all over the whole to choose the color

that is the closest to your skin color. We all want natural don't we? It's wired to have a extreme pale face and dark neck and body.

Innisfree kindly divided the colors into Warm tone and Cool Tone

If you don't know what tone you are here's a post to help you out!

Warm tone Colors(LEFT) : W1 Light Beige, W2 Natural Beige, W3 Deep Beige
Cool tone Colors(Right) : C1 Pink Beige, C2 Pink Nature Beige, C3 True Beige

Since I tend to use Color 21s (In Korean Cosmetic Product Standard) I choosen #4 for the Giorgioarmani Beauty Lasting Silk UV Foundation and W1 for the Innisfree Mineral Moisture Foundation. Though I think Giorgioarmani color #2 and #4 is very similar if you wish for a brighter tone that lightens up your skin tone you can go for #2

If you have used innisfree Mineral Foundation before 2013 (I think I'm not so sure of the dates) They have change those long products into this shorter and foundation with increased ability to cling, long last and stay moist, I hope you don't confused with the older version

Giorgioarmani is also a new version not so sure when they changed the product but before it was a dropper type, Yup very unhygienic. But now they change that!

When you open the boxes and the tube, you can see it is pump type, for cleaner use and easier to control the amount, I found 1~2 pumps is enough to cover up a average sized face. Since both textures are soft so they softely spread around your skin. Which I will explain more detailed below

When I spread this cream I feel like it's melting on me XD

Like ice cream that is melting along my hand I love how it so softy spread across my hand. This means less irritation and easy spread with smaller amount. I'm not really a cosmetic grudges trying to save as much every time I use something, but it's nice to know that I can save bit of cash :D

After time pass it turns moist and cool finish without any stickiness

The moist didn't last as long so remember to have enough moisturizing in skin care 

Innisfree Mineral Moisture Foundation SPF17

One of the features this product promise is thick moist

So I expected bit of more thicker and more heavy type of cream

But I find this is much more lighter than the Giorgioarmani

Even if I spread the cream very lightly the pigment still exist 

But this also means that if you are not careful of the amount the pigment might get too much meaning you might end up having a face too pink and bright.

After time pass, I find it slowly turns into semi-matty texture.

I felt no stickiness afterwards

Because I said it's semi-matty it doesn't mean it's matty

Because there is a lot of oil inside the product that helps moist to last longer and give a dewy look into your face. Also I felt no dry outs.

Giorgioarmani Beauty Lasting Silk UV Foundation SPF20

For Giorgioarmani brand, you can see that it clings to the skin so strong that

It almost looks like the color is my skin without makeup! In a days when you are having bad-makeup day, in times when your skin is not doing hot.

This strong cling still helps the makeup not to look so flaky.

Innisfree Mineral Moisture Foundation SPF17

I love the strong pigment, it really bring up the skin tone

I like the dewy glow it gives. I find the moist last longer the Giorgioarmani.

Although clinging seems to be weaker because of all the extra moist it give to the skin

***Innisfree Mineral Moisture Foundation comes with a oil product

If you mix with this foundation you can expect higher cling and higher coverage

When you check into the ingredient Belif and innisfree didn't add artificial coloring 

but clinique did.

innisfree added artifical scent, belif has natural scent, clinique has no scent at all

All three don't have any animal ingredient and animal oil

It's funny why they each have their color all matching their package.

Green, Blue and Pink

Because they are all cream type that you use your hands to pull out,

you gotta see how easy it is made

The clinique here is the special limited 75ml 

But they all have the same amount 50ml

They all had the clean-use plastic lid 

The size of the lid is important when you pull out the cream.

Belif and innisfree has slimmer opening to make the amount look more

While clinique made the opening side so it is easier to pull out the cream

CREAM TEXTURE

The difference of the cream spreading

They all spread so well into the skin you can see if you spread the cream

the colors don't matter

INNISFREE / BELIF / CLINIQUE

I'm not so sure if you can see, Only Clinique you can see the pinkish color

While the other two there is no colors when you pull it out.

All three cream you can't feel any stickiness

And very soft on the skin.

All three cream they focused on moisturizing so you feel little oil

On the skin Clinique feels the lightest, Belif the heaviest

But overall they are all light.

Innisfree absorbed the fastest, Belif was the slowest

Maybe because of the abosrbency 

I felt Belif moisturize the skin the longest, while innisfree latest the shortest

OIL TEST

INNISFREE / BELIF / CLINIQUE

I test the cream on oil paper

Innisfree had the most oil and than Belif and Clinique

However because innisfree absorbed the fastest

The oil quickly disappear so I didn't feel there is this much.

I think the reason innisfree the green tea seed cream has longer moisturizing than deep cream is because of the oil.

BEFORE / AFTER 10 MIN

INNISFREE

I think this cream is very soft to the skin, which make the cream usable to all skin types.

However for dry skin innisfree might feel too light, because of the fast absorbency.

For Oily skin and combination skin, this cream lightness will help you to

finish skin care light as possible.

I applied the cream too much one day and noticed it does kinda moves around

when I do makeup. 

BELIF

Belif has moisturizing version and aqua version

Aqua tends to be a more lighter than Gel Cream type and much more moist

Gel type cream tend to be known too light for dry skin

But Belif took the advantage of Gel type cream and made it more moist

So even Dry skin can use this cream without feeling drying out.

(if this feels dry for you instead of moisturizing cream look for nutrition cream)

So it's light and rich! My favorite.

Plus all Belif products are England Herb Studies ingredients 

so the products is less irritating and more healthy for the skin.

(PLZ all sensitive skin to test out products before buying)

If you apply too much before makeup it does seem to mass the makeup.

 Clinique Very moist and very soft when applying.

I did feel cooling something I didn't see in other products

This product is made specially for EXTREME Dry Skin to balance out oil/moist

But for dry skin who need both oil and moist might feel that it doesn't moisturize

If you are this type of skin, mix the moisturizing with facial oil it might do the trick

It seems like they added silicon into the cream for softer spread.

But because of this, it seems to push around makeup if you are careful.

MAC and APIEU

Overall I think MAC is much more glossy closer to lipgloss than Apieu

both have the texture of a lip blam, but MAC does feel bit more moist

They both last about the same

I think the difference comes to pigment

The gloss in MAC does weaken the pigment VERY little

Apieu is more balm like and has stronger pigment

Overall it's hard to tell which is better

I guess it comes down to if you like something with various colors

or something cheaper

I decided to take time to compare these two

If you look close they don't have divided colors so you'll have use a brush to apply.

Both don't have brush within the products so you gotta get your own!

TEXTURE

LOVE MAC texture, so so soft! XD

Innisfree does have soft texture too but it more harder

Both are powder type

SWATCHES

I tried to choose the most similar lighting as possible,

and here the picture, strangely my skin so dark on the second picture

I went "My skin has rotten what happened!"

anyways but it shows the highlighter so well, I had to choose this

LEFT : MAC / RIGHT : Innisfree

PIGMENT

I love the MAC's strong pigment

I did many layer to get the innisfree that much color

innisfree has much more softer color

MAC strong pigment might be hard if you are new to highlighting.

You might go, AH TOO MUCH if you are not careful

But with innisfree no worries about over doing it.

It's would be hard to feel over done with innisfree

They both has a very beautiful shimmer

The soft colors might to useful for eyes hadows too

Both are mineral ingredients so they both helps your skin looks healthy with the pearls

and do cover up your pores looking too large.

Innisfree made them much more healthier for your skin, so it was made less irritating for the skin. that's a point to innisfree!

I noticed little to no fallout with both product.

MAC : 10g / 42000won INNISFREE : 6g / 10,000

Yikes the cost cost 4 time more if you go with MAC

OVERALL OPINION

They are very similar in many ways.

Both have nice shimmer and both mineral type so very beautiful

innisfree is much more closer to healthy product than MAC

though I personally don't feel big difference.

Both has little fallout

Few difference is

Mac has stronger pigment

innisfree has very soft pigment

I guess which is better goes to your personal preference

The biggest difference is probably the price 

MAC : 4200won/1g, INNISFREE :  1666won/1g

KIEHL's Ultra Facial Cream VS Innisfree Green Tea Pure Deep Cream Match

Who don't know Kiehl's ultra facial cream?

It's like one of the best known cream out in the cosmetic brand

But here there's a cream one of most famous product Innisfree Green Tea Pure Deep Cream. I'll compare them from every detail! All the good, bad and the Ugly XD

These are the creams that we are going to compare today

Innisfree Green Tea Pure Deep Cream VS Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream

First the package

They both have simple look

Innisfree used green color to show that it's made up of green tea

Kiehl used white and black the classic~

When I opend the lid they both had a plastic cover to keep off dust getting into the cream

Innisfree plastic was too light and doesn't open up as easily so I just got rid of it

Kiehl had thicker plastic cover much easier to open up.

Other than that not bit difference

They both has milky color thick cream

Moist and rich

The texture of the cream is overall the same

Innisfree might be bit more moisty but the thickness and way it spread 

it feels the same

Innisfree has a very various scent it wasn't too irritating for me

but I think this will be different among people with different taste

Kiehl has no scent

Innisfree after apply give a cooling moist and nice dewy finish

No stickiness too

Kiehl was bit more creamy I felt bit more oil than innisfree which makes the cream

has more rich finish

I felt very little stickiness but not too much that makes me irritate

OVERALL THOUGHTS

Innisfree Green Tea Pure Deep Cream is very light and watery so any skin type can use it without feeling too heavy. Even if it's light it still has good enough moist like rich cream.

Except for the packaging with the plastic lid I liked how it's so much cheaper than Kiehl

Kiehl Ultra Facial Cream might feel bit heavy for some oily skin but for dry skin it's might not be rich enough. I liked how it's so much less sensitive on scent so people who tend to sneeze with scent might like this cream better

2~3 times is enough for both brands

Clio has two color Pink Beige and Nautral Beige

YvesSaintLaurent has 5 colors more choices which is good :)

Clio is so much cheaper and the amount is almost the same!

Color Difference

Clio pink / Clio Begie / YvesSaintLaurent 2 / YvesSaintLaurent 2.5

I don't see a big difference

Clio seem to be more pinkish and YvesSaintLaurent 2.5 is much darker

Coverage Testing

Overall Clio has better coverage

I think this is because YvesSaintLaurent made the cream smoother than Clio

so YvesSaintLaurent doesn't get stuck under your wrinkles as much as Clio

But the coverage Clio is much stronger

Top is Clio

Bottom is YvesSaintLaurent 

You can see darkness more on YvesSaintLaurent because of the weaker coverage

Overall since I have dark spot and dark circle I prefer stronger coverage

Plus Clio is so much cheaper
