Diana Keuilian is the name of the author, you can see her picture on the right. Look at how slime she is! Anyways with the delicious food on her hands she said she went from size 12 to size 4.
I read her bio and it seems like she had a lot of hard time in her 20's going from size 4 to size 12 and you know how fat can really damage a person's health. She wanted to get slim bought a lot of product and books for it. Until she decided to study about nutrition and find her OWN formula of making diet food and yet food being tasty. It's like a dreamy way to lose weight! Eat to lose fat! How cool is that? Well this really got me interested, and since I love to cook (Loving and Good at cooking is two different thing!) although I tend to fail into making a eatable food. I decided to buy it and if it turns out not worth it. I could easily ask for full refund within 60 days so there was no risk involve.

How and Why The Food Is Fat Burning Meals

Go from junkie vegetarian that is filled with refine sugar to organic hormone free chicken, beef, pork, lamb, veal, fish and eggs. Why? Because protein helps your muscle but has no effect on on blood sugar levels and fat storage
I like to eat good protein food. I like the taste better, although I know some people hate that protein taste, well no worries it taste better with the cooking ingredients Diana have proposed.
- Throw Out Refine Sugar and Grain
You probably heard about this, how we eat too much carbs than we actually need because of sugar and grain. (For Koreans its White Rice! Similar to Grain) Just by removing this you will see a lot of change in your body. I tend to mix rice with various other beans and such to decrease the carbs and increase nutrition. Haven't totally removed rice yet. It will take time because Korean Power = Rice Power. It's hard to break habits.
- Bring on the Veggie
This will give you fiber rich food with various of vitamin, minerals, and antioxidants. Best of all low in Carbs. Hey this will help with strengthening your skin health a lot! Remember how I always stress inner beauty care as much ask outer beauty care(e.g : skin care) - Quality Ingredients
Obviously important for your health! It's important to get seasonal, organic fresh fruits. (Which I already have been doing *So Proud* :"))
- Healthy Way to Cook
Instead of fried, battered, processed, packaged, doused with cream sauce. Cook grilled, baked, broiled and steam foods.
I never liked greasy food anyways so this really increased my enjoyment of my food.
- Cook with Coconut Oil
healthy oil that taste great and has immune boosting system! I started using this oil after I read this book. I think it taste better more sweetened and tasteful than normal oil.
- Fresh Fruit Dessert
Instead of ice cream (I know it taste good!) get some fresh fruits! I believe with just this one change you can really increase your health and your skin tone. If I add in my personal experience, I love chocolate and bread with cream inside. This not only made me puffy but I had terrible acne problems. These days I only eat them sometimes (Can't stop loving chocolate LOL) but mostly fruits like cherry, strawberries, apples and green apples etc. I haven't experience a terrible acne problem for years. My skin tone is much more transparent and has it's healthy glow.

LOL, I am getting Hungry. I personally love spaghetti I was suprised that it was part of the fat burning meals although there was a big of difference on the ingredients but it taste BETTER!
I love and love and love the smoothie section of the book. I love to watch movies in the weekends at home. Smoothie is much better than coke or sprite (Korea version of sprite : 칠성사이다 ChilSeongSaYiDa) and it taste sweet enough for my sweet tooth.
I mean if you can eat a brownie that is fat burning will you resist? with a cup of strawberry banana smoothie? I stared making my own version of smoothie now! XD
I think this is great for all girls who is looking for better diet. But I have to bring out the cons now.
The CONS!!!
The book does contain menus for morning lunch and dinner but it's not something fast pasted young girls are willing to spend the time making these food. I do understand that slow food is much better in many ways to fast food but if you are in rush hour to work or school. Doing this type of cooking is almost impossible.So I tend to cook in the evening a whole bunch of it and put it in the fridge in a glass container. Pull them out for morning bite as I quickly wear my skinny black jean. I have no time to heat up the oven cooking for 45 minutes and mix and start cooking.
For Smoothies I reused the plastic bottles that I buy for water, (don't recommend you reuse it too often because of environmental hormone) I stake in 4 different type of smoothies LOL. I just love her smoothies or maybe I just love smoothies. Sometimes I just do my morning dish with a cut of the smoothie because I don't eat a lot in the morning.
Another con is I wish that they made a physical book or something. I had to go out to the printing shop, (I don't have a printer not willing to risk my job using my work's printer) and print out the eBook put it in a folder with plastic bags that you can put in two paper at a time. Making it water proof or dirty hand(by cooking) proof. I hope they make it into a nice book. Too bad it's for online use only.
Conclusion : Who is This For?
For all mom's and wives that are interested in more healthy food for their family. But if you are not married like me, but love to cook or live by yourself this a great menu book to have. If you live with your parents, how about surprising your mom by volunteering in making a healthy snack for your family? It would be a great Mom's Day or Parent's Day gift for your family.My dad is very fat, maybe your dad is too, I am trying to translate this in Korean so that mom can cook healthy food for dad. Since my dad already have been in coma before when he had his hemorrhage, I worried so much about him these days with his extra weight :"(. So even if It's a lot of work to translate it in Korean but I do care about my family's health, if you have a family member that need fat controlling food this could be a good gift to buy for. Just an idea for you young girls.
Please don't ask for refund when you think this is a good product. Don't be one evil green monster asking for refund because you want your money back. Only ask for refund if you are not happy with the product. I hope none of my readers are girls of that sort. Let's be good girls okay? Thanks I trust you!
