Well, it's not really a comparison it's more of showing the line of creams

that works for different type of skin.

Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream

is for dry to normal skin type

While Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream 

is for Normal to Combination skin type

It's a post to see which is will work best for you.

The color is similar white, but the gel cream looks more transparent

Laneige Water Bank Moisturizing Cream

Both are very moisturizing! They both absorb really fast and give that moisturizing glow

I feel that Gel cream absorb even more faster that after few minutes Gel cream would disappear, while the moisturizing cream still have that moist glow.

This is important because oily skin type people don't need moist on the skin it will only cause bit of greasy mix of oil and moist but needs deep moist inside the skin

While the dry skin need bit of moisturizing blockage over the skin so that the skin will not lose moist during the day.

Both do not have oily finish although they do soak out very little bit of oil, 

Gel cream soaks out even less because its for oily type skin.

To me I needed the Gel Cream during the Summer because of my combo skin
