Other than the 'inner problem' it's now time to solve the outter problem. Most girls tend to focus this problem the most but be sure to solve your inner problems too!

How to Get rid of Oil on your Skin

"After 3 o'clock I find makeup get stuck inside the pores"

These people have overwhelming oil inside the pores that is holding the makeup and everything else. These type of skin always need to reduce the heat inside the face. There are cooling effect mist that you can spray every once in a while, remember 1℃ increase of temperature means you get 10% more oil on your skin resulting more acne.

1. Use various products that has sebum control for MAKEUP
2. Use SKIN CARE PRODUCT without oil
3. Throughly Clean out oil that gets stuck in your pores that causes acne.
4. If the pore is clogged it becomes a lump of oil which is called whiteheads, after a while the white heads turn black.

There is various pore cleansing products, like mask that open and close your pores few products I recommend is, Skinmiso Pore Pact Set (Mask Sheet Type), Caolion pore care(Mud Mask Type), Peeling Balls and Massage machines or brushes.

Peeling balls 

are rubbers that you use after you open up the pores with warm water you rub the rubber around the parts that has oil problem. However some find this irritating on the nose though it was made so that there is little irritation.

Massage machines or brushes 

helps cleans inside the pore and clean out turn overs too. To reduce the irritation from the massage you can use products that reduce irritation and inflection to increase the effect. They are usually toners that helps reduce irritation. :) Usually these products are used when you do cleaning. But these tend to be higher priced than other methods.

Another parts that has oil is around chest and back its not easy to reach you can use spray type of skin that can help.

How to Get Rid of Turn Over?

Dry skin also get acne the reason is bit different and that's turn overs.

"I feel like my makeup is moving around like a mask"

"I get these small lump of makeup when I apply makeup"

This is all the trouble caused by turn overs which causes acne 

What is turn overs? Like a snake peels off its skin, human skin also drops off old or dead skin cells off so that new skin can grow. This happens monthly, but by various reason it can be stacked. Usually periods, stress, age cause the delay of peeling off your skin.

If turn overs gets too stacked it clogs the pores and not enough oil comes out of the pores as it need too, this cause painful acne you find around the nose. This is one of the reasons why dry skin gets severely dry and painful.

Now you know what to do to prevent acne.

Turn overs and Oil. Sometimes, especially with combination skin, you need to care for both. However sometimes, Oily skin have the oily skin type turn overs which need a bit different cleansing from Dry Skin type turn overs.

Dry Skin Type Turn Over Care

For Dry skin we need to use something that is not irritating but soft products are preferred. However softer products tend to have lower cleansing and you need a good cleans in order to block acne from happening. This method is washing the turn over off two times without irritating the skin too much.

After a you finished your face wash thoroughly. I already explained how to choose a cleanser depending on your type here.

1. Apply a lot of moisturizing cream to get the turn overs too to float around the cream. It's like puffing out your skin so that all that flaky parts go loose.

2. After you massage wipe off the cream with a steam towel.

This is the first peel of turn overs.

3. Use Peeling gel to softly massage, unlike scrub that has hard rub peeling gels is not irritating for dry skin people. My product recommendation is Missha Super Aqua Peeling Gel, I like this product because its none irritating product as long as you don't dig your nails into the skin :/ 

4. After you massage the peeling gel wash it off with warm water and you are done!

For Dry skin we tend to have painful acne, using scrubs will only make infection worse and be more painful and cause skin to become rough. Even worse sometimes scrubs can break your skin barrier causing allergic reactions to products

Let's use none irritating products ONLY!

Oily Skin Type Turn Over Care

Yes, oily skin can have turn overs like dry skin. But you need something that can wash off the oil and also peel off the turn over too.

The reason you get turn overs when you already have so much oil as your problem is because, when your pore got block by the oil there is various toxic pilled on top of the acne these toxic can create turn overs.

1. Use Warm water to open up your pores, wash your face with warm water.

For more effective method you can use steam towel that is wet with warm water to heat up your pores.

2. For oily skin use scrubs (Tube type or soap type doesn't matter) with small round grains to wash.

My product recommendation is Missha Super Aqua Peeling Gel, it's the same one that I recommend for Dry skin.

For more effective wash you can wash the face off with green tea water. Just drop some tea bags into a bowel fill it up with water and wash your face off with the green tea water, This was shown to be effect and been used by K pop star, for more K pop star method of wash check this post!

3. You can finish it off with a cleansing water to get rid of the leftovers of the scrub you've missed or turn over or oil you missed. (Some like to do this before they do scrub I find both method works the same)

Product I recommend for Oily skin type Turn Over Care

These days there are soap with small grains that you can use to rub it around the parts that need saving. This is not irritating and all you need to is rub it on your skin so it's not hard either. The reason I'm sharing this product is that, you can't do scrub every day. It will break down your skin barrier which will make your skin sensitive. But with these soap you can use it every day and still see effective care for your pores.

When you rub these scrub or soap remember to draw small circles especially around the U zone and T zone where there is the most clogging and nose if you consistently have black and white heads.

Body Acne Skin Care

I have a stress type of acne around my back and chest.

Usually body use type of soap with scrub tends to be big.

Just like you did on your face use this soap directly onto the skin and make small circles and wash it off.

Within two weeks you can find big change :)
