Etude House Lock'n Summer Proof Cushion Eyeliner

Okay I actually needed bit more time to review this product, you know how I take at least 2~3 weeks before I actually review a product. But since everyone is asking me to do it. I hurried my posting :)

Actually I was quiet excited when they said Cushion eye liner.
I got curious, is it a new type of liquid? or what original product did they use? How well it works? Etc. My curiosity made me get the product and test it out. Of course there are my readers who asked too XD

Yes it has a brush inside which I was happy at fist but I realized this is start of the downfall.

As you can see it's very stiff and yes... it hurts it hurts my eyes so bad...

My eyes are sensitive part of my face and this poky brush will give pain whenever I sweep through a round line to draw eyeliner.

I tried with my eye line brush and it didn't work. 

You need to use the stiff kind of brush for this.

I just decided to use Clio kill black eyeliner I finished using this was a bit better. 

Since not everyone has the Clio Kill black eyeliner

If you use the brush this is what happens

The first line works perfectly, after that it doesn't work and the eyeliner dries so fast that the second sweep hurt my eyes.

This gets worse for underlines because I poked my eye with that stuffy brush.

Anyways test of Water proof and Oil proof

LOL, I don't even need to take a picture because there is nothing to take!

It erased so easily!!!

Wait... I thought this was water proof...

Now after a few days of using this I realized...

this eyeliner is liquid eyeliner just made into cushion.

If you have used liquid eyeliner before you know how it doesn't smug.

That I liked about this product.

It doesn't smear or smug it wouldn't even wash off too.

No I am not joking.. I had to use eye&lip remover and cleansing cream and cleansing deep foam to completely erase the eye liner

Overall Opinion

Great Idea... really, I see what they are trying to get here.

A not smearing waterproof oil proof product.

First off, it's not water or oil proof if you rub with water on your eyes or oil.

But yes it's not smearing because it's liquid eyeliner

The brush... I personally think you should just use gel eyeliner brush that is not irritating your eyes. It might first be hard to draw but it's no different as you do with Gel eyeliner

First you draw the tail outline and fill in the gap. Draw a thin line on the center.

I personally don't like liquid eyeliner mostly because it dries so fast

and if you try to fix it you'll end up having to start over

and make your eyes red.

Well, this product has that too.

I recommend to those who want something that really wouldn't smear

and would stay on as long as possible and who has a gel brush

that they can use instead of what is given.

After using a few weeks, I think I could get used to this product.

Because I love how it doesn't smear and is well proofed.

After I found the alternative to use another brush the irritation was okay :)
