Skin 1004 is a new brand that I started to took notice, and I really think this brand has really cool products. And bit fun too, There is the lifting care pack, that when you apply your face will start to look like a ZOMBIE as the pack dries. You can check Zombie Pack review here.

I was having some trouble with the blemishes because of the hot heat these day

I would mostly cool my face with icey cold towel but I also needed something to reduce the acne that is slowly forming around my blemishes.

Ingredients

Centella Asiatica Extract Original 100% Madagascar

Yup just one ingredients that's all!

You might have seen this ingredients listed in other anti blemishes or acne prone skin ampoule but you might not have seen one that has only ONE ingrediets!

Because it has nothing else it's quiet useful to use in other things

Like, I would mix this with body lotion or cream and sometimes I would wet mask sheets with this ampoule and do sheet mask, I found that it's most more effect to use the sheet mask together with this ampule.

They have this plastic thing that wipe off the liquid that has been wet around the outside part of the dropper, which helps you control amount better and not waste any liquid.

There is no scent

There is no color although the bottle did look bit yellowish to me.

I was worried that this will be sticky and doesn't absorb well.

However I was wrong! YEAH!

Even without fast absorb chemical ingredients it seems to absorb well into the skin without problem. There is NO sticky feeling afterwards.

I love how it is moisturizing although for dry skin you need bit more moisturizing than just this one product.

(Acne Scare does not disappear you need professional treatment for this, while acne spot does disappear with consistent care, but takes bit long)

For newly rice looking acne it seems to cure faster than red acne.

Or do we call this pimples? 

I already can see redness and blemishes reduce as I expected.

Blemishes is almost gone, I think I should look for more cooling type of foundation 

to keep tap on my face when ever I feel heated up. 

But if I stayed out of the sun and have been using this my blemishes would have disappeared.

Massaging Peeling Gel Recommendation, The Seam Doctor Beauty Micro Peel Soft Gel

I always stress out that if you want a beautiful skin and beautiful makeup you need to take care of two things, Oil and Turn Overs which I explained in detail in Acne Care Post Series. I love to visit the Skin Beauty Massage shop every once in a while but really they cost like a fortune if you try to go there as often as you want. So I decided to get something for home massage product. The product I landed was The Seam.

the Seam is a brand familiar to deep Korean Cosmetic fans but not so popular like Etude and Innisfree, but still the Seam has some product to worth looking into and The Seam Doctor Beauty Micro Peel Soft Gel is one of them.

Turn Overs, I have been having a uneven turn overs and have been pilling, I sometimes see them rolling among themselves when I do makeup. Yup, it time for me to face the facts... My skin is not healthy and is not going through normal turn over routines and I need some physical help. If you experience this, or feel that skin care products don't seem to work, or feel that your makeup looks always too thick, take care of turn over dears, no K pop star has turn overs dears.

Ingredients

It's funny because this product has used this special technic I didn't see in any other product and that is Cellulose. The Cellulose will cling to protein substance and that's the flaky turn overs, as you massage they become a lump together.

This shows how much effect this is.

HOW TO USE

Unless you wish to feel pain around your eyes

Apply the cream everywhere except around the eyes and kindly rub the skin around, and as you rub you'll find lumps of dead skin rolling out. Good Bye Turn Overs!

I find this very soft, and not as irritating, still haven't decided if I like this or the Missha Super Aqua, they are both soft and not irritating and has moisturizing finish afterwards.

I feel bit embarrassed, I didn't expected my turn overs should come out THIS much.

I guess I haven't been taking care of my turn overs. :P

Love the change of skin texture and the moist finish is great for skin that have been rubbed so hard by me. XD

But please don't rub too hard, I guess I was too determined to get all the turn overs off.

Intense Acne Care, Night Care and Day Care, War with Acne!!

This is for Severly Oily Skin or Oily Sink or Combination Skin 

Night Care

1. Wash your face with non-irritating cleansing. The reason for this cleansing is a pre-cleansing before you do pore mask. So you don't want something that is a irritating deep cleansing. If you find cleansing foam is too irritating and oil cleansing too time consuming you can try using cleaning gel, it's the middle product that has cleansing effect like cleansing foam but does not have pulling and has no oily feeling afterwards.

My Recommendation for Cleansing Gel : Re'skin Cleansing Gel

2. Wash off the Cleansing product with warm water and wash off the water with a towel, now you are ready for pore mask!

3. There is various packs out there, use the products that works the best for you

I've reviewed of Caolion Clay pack that open out the toxic and both tighten your pores, you can use that in this step, but any thing else that you found effect works as well.

4. After 10~15 minutes, which ever is recommended for the product, wash off the mask with warm water, remember to do it thoroughly its important you left nothing. If you leave out mask these can cause acne and rashes

5. For more intense acne care, it's important to also to apply treatments.

6. Sleep Early at least 7 hours! Give your skin time to recover!

Day Care

1. After your daily morning wash, Use Cleansing water to wash off any oil left overs. You can just use it around T and U zone if you are combination. This helps you scrap off all the toxic or soap you missed. This also cleans off flaky skin and oil that is causing your acne. You can use this for your Chest and Back acne.

2. After Skin and Lotion or Toner and Essence or what ever you do for your skin balancing care. Its time to apply moisturizing cream.

There is a lot of good products out there but one of my favorite moisturizing cream when your skin is going through troubles is Natural Republic Smoothing and Moisturizing Aloe 92% Gel, this product is famously known to be able to use even to pregnant women. (stage in woman's life where skin is worse out of worse condition and sensitivity)

3. Time to apply spot essence. Just as it's important to bring your moisturizing cream everywhere, spot essence is also important to consistently apply on your acne for faster healing.

Remember to tap tap it on your acne. No matter how much you hate your acne it's a sensitive part of your skin so be kind and gentle. XD

If you find spot essence too expensive, you can use oil on the acne and softly rub it on top of the acne

Product I recommend : The Face shop Tea Tree Oil (Has curing infection effect)

4. MOST IMPORTANT. Remember please remember to wear sun block, Sun block can also can be layered on with lower SPA makeup products.

It's best for acne skin to wear a light makeup like CC cream that has skin care effect. Mostly because too much makeup will clog acne or just irritated it. No matter how much you wish to cover up the acne let's cure it first.

HOW TO EFFECTIVELY COVER UP PORES DURING MAKEUP

I know sometimes you need to cover up all the mess on your skin.

Here's some of the tips I give you.

Use primer for makeup base. Primer is a product that covers up pores.

My recommendation is The Face Shop Face it Velvet Skin Primer

Use Oil free Moisturizing Foundation. Cushion tend to be moisturizing and oil free, there is even oil free gel foundation. There is a lot of options out there, just remember to look for OIL free and MOISTURIZING.

OIL TEST

Most of acne product has this teatree oil extract making the liquid oily

However this is not really effective because the problem that caused the acne was the over flowing oil and turn overs. I wanted to see if this is also those oil type of liquid.

The green had no oil at all, You can see the red has very little oil I think because the Red Bottle has the oil-moist balance .features there was bit of oil, but this is just a barely amount of oil. If you look closely there's like only 1mm of oil around the edge of the drop.

MY EXPERIENCE FROM THIS MIRACLE BOTTLES

I was having a bit hard acne trouble along the hair line. I have been having this trouble for a while and it's like a acne-prone part of my skin. I had these acne for a long time, so I am expecting the cure to take a while too.

The first thing you can notice is that overall the skin tone, it look smuch birghter and much more smoother.

The three dots of the acne size reduced and you can see the redness dimming out.

Neck Acne

Other than the 'inner problem' it's now time to solve the outter problem. Most girls tend to focus this problem the most but be sure to solve your inner problems too!

How to Get rid of Oil on your Skin

"After 3 o'clock I find makeup get stuck inside the pores"

These people have overwhelming oil inside the pores that is holding the makeup and everything else. These type of skin always need to reduce the heat inside the face. There are cooling effect mist that you can spray every once in a while, remember 1℃ increase of temperature means you get 10% more oil on your skin resulting more acne.

1. Use various products that has sebum control for MAKEUP
2. Use SKIN CARE PRODUCT without oil
3. Throughly Clean out oil that gets stuck in your pores that causes acne.
4. If the pore is clogged it becomes a lump of oil which is called whiteheads, after a while the white heads turn black.

I have already did a tutorial post about how to care for whiteheads and black heads. Do check it out if you haven't seen it.

There is various pore cleansing products, like mask that open and close your pores few products I recommend is, Skinmiso Pore Pact Set (Mask Sheet Type), Caolion pore care(Mud Mask Type), Peeling Balls and Massage machines or brushes.

Peeling balls 

are rubbers that you use after you open up the pores with warm water you rub the rubber around the parts that has oil problem. However some find this irritating on the nose though it was made so that there is little irritation.

Massage machines or brushes 

helps cleans inside the pore and clean out turn overs too. To reduce the irritation from the massage you can use products that reduce irritation and inflection to increase the effect. They are usually toners that helps reduce irritation. :) Usually these products are used when you do cleaning. But these tend to be higher priced than other methods.

How to Get Rid of Turn Over?

Dry skin also get acne the reason is bit different and that's turn overs.

"I feel like my makeup is moving around like a mask"

"I get these small lump of makeup when I apply makeup"

This is all the trouble caused by turn overs which causes acne 

What is turn overs? Like a snake peels off its skin, human skin also drops off old or dead skin cells off so that new skin can grow. This happens monthly, but by various reason it can be stacked. Usually periods, stress, age cause the delay of peeling off your skin.

If turn overs gets too stacked it clogs the pores and not enough oil comes out of the pores as it need too, this cause painful acne you find around the nose. This is one of the reasons why dry skin gets severely dry and painful.

Now you know what to do to prevent acne.

Turn overs and Oil. Sometimes, especially with combination skin, you need to care for both. However sometimes, Oily skin have the oily skin type turn overs which need a bit different cleansing from Dry Skin type turn overs.

I remember this statement want me to press the button no matter what! ha, well the acne on your face looks the same, but really don't press. It hurts, you'll infect it, and by pressing and squeezing will not solve. It will only leave you acne scares.

Acne is very common among teens when their over flowing hormones go overwhelming. However now we have Adult Acne that appear after the teen stage. There is many reason why we get these acne, the doctors divide all acne prone skin into 3 types.

Try taking this test to see which type acne you are getting. You can have various type not just one. You can have all A, B, C or just two or one.

A type :

Acne mostly appears on the forehead

Stress just makes the acne get redder

I feel heat around my skin often

I often have headache and don't get good sleep

I get painful acne around the chest

Reason : Stress, Toxic and Heat is the reason for these acne

Stress makes not normal heat inside the body and that get around the blood stream causing redness around the skin and this brings out large amount of oil into the skin

Cure : Reducing stress is most important, and also getting the toxic inside the skin out. Activity that does this is Half body baths. Expensive... Very expensive for little bottle. But I get were the price is coming from, it's that much effective. I have used various acne cream or ampule, I always didn't find much difference and seems like its not working. I'm sure many of you have experienced this. There are good products out there but the product that shown fastest result for me was this product. 

The only concern about this product is the rough opening. Although I know some may like the tight lid. But for me it took a while that I felt frustrated. 

Second is the scent, its those scent in herbal medicine, it's light but there are people who hate this kind of scent. But I would get over it because it will cure your acne! That's enough for me XD

I love how fast it absorb which means it can go in deeper into your skin.

Instead of using foam cleansing, they used seaweed juice to softly clean their face, and did massages with cream that helped get rid of flaky skin and toxic. Last they did Grain ampule.
Within 3 weeks Skin came back to normal and gain strength, after 3 weeks skin brightening effect came, after 2 months I got the most healthy skin.

It's a unexpected ingredient, I know! But this really helps cleansing out your skin without pulling, irritation or reaction. I think for sensitive skin, even natural products has bit of chemical, I advice to try this instead of the toxic products for your skin health.
HOW TO USE?
Inside of 150ml of water put in one spoon of Seaweed powder and let it just soak into the water for 7hrs(shake once in a while). It will become thick and you can keep it in the fridge for 10days.

Grain Flour
Grains seems to be the main ingredient for all packs. There are various grains out there, make it into powder at home, or you can just buy them online.
I tend to just use flour when grain cost rockets up in the air. (Other than rice other grains tends to be expensive in KR)

Grain
There is a lot of type of peas, and each types have different effect!
Green Peas : Great for all skin, gets rid of toxic inside your skin and gets rid of fat. For all people who have concern of darkening, acne, dark spot, all skin problems
Black Sesame : Great for skin which lacks vitamin, helps with anti-aging, small wrinkle care.
Brown Rice : Helps the pain for skin that had bad irritation from cosmetic, also helps redness and any inflammation.
Wheat : Anti-Aging, whitening effect, if you use it with green peas, it will help tighten up your lose skin.
Perilla : Dark spots, freckles, acne marks, sun spot, dry hair, rough skin after pregnancy.
Ball : Helps with blood flow, great for people with bad irritation from cosmetic, and calm down the redness in the skin.
Red beans : For all trough skin people, helps with skin texture.


Fruits
Kiwi : has 17 time more Vitamin C than apple, helps with skin that lost pigment, dark spots, freckles, but its bit irritating for sensitive skin.
Banana : Great for all dry skin, small wrinkles, anti-aging. Peel off the banana and smash it and mix it with grain flour.
Cucumber : Organic toxic cleaner! Extremely great for whitening effect
Potato : Great for whitening effect
Cabbages : Has 90% of moist this will help with sun burn pain, it also strengthen weak sensitive skin.
Celery : Has a lot of Vitamin A and C, and has 10 time more Vitamin B than any other veggie. Great for skin whitening effect, and makes blood flow clean.
Lettuce : Helps with relaxing sensitive skin, if you mix with celery it makes very bright and moist skin.
Pumpkin : Helps blocks aging of the skin, and makes skin stronger. This also even reduce puffy skin.
Hemp : It has a VERY strong skin renewing and tightening. However as much as it has strong effect it also has bit toxic, please grin till there is enough bubble.

RECOMMENDATION FOR DRY WINTER
Oysters : Famous for the large quantity of Vitamn C. Great for flaky skin and skin. Remember when you use it as pack clean the orange peel as clean as you can before you grin everything together. Best work with gold color grains, has effects like whitening, and moisturizing.
Apple : Helps with skin drying out. Great for Moisturizing. TIP! If you mix with grain powder during shower helps with moisturizing your skin and help with minimizing moist lost after shower.
Peanuts : Great with anti-aging, skin scrub, black spots, remember to use raw peanuts instead of cooked.
Cottonseed : This is bit hard to get because you have to get it as cottonseed oil. I get them from herb medicine clinics that use this as medicine. This really helps with skin texture, so it's often use as control massage cream. If you mix with Gold Grains you can tighen up your skin. Also great for nonallergic ice cream!

Milk : Great for making your skin smooth and get rid of flaky skin even nutrition your skin. Bad milk has AHA products made inside, this can help getting rid of flaky skin even better, if your milk becomes so bad that it turns soild...please just throw away.

Now you know what you buy, and you stack them up in your kitchen, so now what?
So how do you make your own masks at home? What do we do with these ingredients?

WHAT YOU NEED

A bowl, 

Spoon, 

Flour 3 spoon, 

Olive oil or honey(For extra moisturizing), 

My ingredient : Milk 5 spoon

TIPS!

For better mask with more effects many uses

Olive oil and Honey more moisturizing effect.

TIPS!

For powder products you can mix it with Egg whites instead of plain water

This will increase the effect of moisturizing

First. Mix all the ingredients together!!

Flours!

Milks!

Honey or Olive oil!

Now we got the pack ready, 

Use a pack brush if you have one, or you can just spread it with your hads.

Wait for 15~20 minutes.

Wash off with COLD waters.

Remember to wash well, because flour can cause skin dryness.

The reason why I wash with cold water is to close tight those pores!

I felt very relaxed and a lot of my pores cleans out without pores masks.

Also I do feel much brighter!
