VDL, Jung Seam Mool's Product, Metal Cushion Foundation Color Comparison

We all love Jung Seam Mule, the found of the style of "Korean Makeup". Always up to date and always have special in her product design that makes us so excited!

Well, We did have seen her metal cushion foundation(ICE cushion foundation) that is very hygienic and good for use in the previous year. Than she had her name as the brand, but whether it was hard to care for when she is already busy her products can now be found as VDL.

I find this New version of Metal cushion foundation is much more better in many ways.
If metal cushion was the moistest product last year, this year it might be the most moist and high coverage and very hygienic product this year.

Very similar design with the ice foundation

Features of VDL Metal Cushion Foundation

HIGH SPF!!
I know always applying sun block or sun spray every 2~3 hours can be tough
Why not get a cushion that has high SPF like this one and apply when ever you feel like
This has the same effect as apply sun block.
Plus it has that cooling that ice cushion foundation has
So when ever you feel hot make it as excuse to tap yourself some foundation XD

There is 4 colors of these
M101 is for those who have been having trouble finding the right color because even 21 is dark
A201 is for 21 who like to brighten up their skin
A203 is for 21 but who wants better cover
A205 is for 23 color users.

I am suing A201 but I have a friend who use A203
I will be showing you the difference in colors

You can see that A201 has bit more of pink while A203 has bit more powdery color
that does better with coverage.
But just A201 does great with blemishes and acne and even pores that unless you are in need of serious coverage, using A201 will look bit more natural

Has a large mirror inside, Loving it more!

This is the puff it has, very dense bit more better than just normal puff you use from Innisfree and Etude house.

This cushion really really did great on Hygienic problem, there is this plastic cover that you can cover for better blockage for dehydrating of the foundation and also for cleaner use.

I know there are girls out there who really care about this as much as I do!
Remember to always use the plastic cover and put the puff on top. Of course, closing the lid well too.

Just like the Ice Foundation it has that dots of opening that helps with applying foundation all over the puff for the whole face. And not just getting on one side.

I know there was trouble of using of twisting when using ice cushion foundation.
Sometimes there is products that breaks easily.
However this product is made so that all you need is slight push and you have enough foundation on your puff all over your face.

Coverage & Before/After

So sorry for my terrible skin state, I had a terrible PMS skin turn over this month
and it seems bit hard for me to come back when I didn't get enough rest during that special term.
But I am great I got VDL just in time,
The foundation does perfect cover on acne, blemishes, pores!!!
You don't need concealer for this!
Great for those who like light makeup!

After 8 Hours
I on purpose did not fix my makeup for 8 Hours because one of the features said it last 24 hours. Which is very hard for a moist cushion foundation to do.
I was very surprised how even more natural it became!
After 8 Hours it had bit of dewy glow that it didn't have the first time around
That dewy glow is from my oils but some how the cushion seems to work around and make that oily skin into a more natural dewy lighting.
I love how there is no Darkening, no Melting or massing.
But sometimes because of the oil there might be parts where it might look cakey.
Also around the parts where there is a lot of sweat like the nose might get erased because its not a waterproof product.
Just few more taps of moist foundation is all you need for those so no worries I need that SPF anyways~.

Personally I love how it is very natural looking but I think I like the bit more pink color of Iope and also overall the cost Iope feel bit more cheaper.

One more thing, if you put on the plastic lid they gave you,
Do not put in the puff, the lid will not close XD
I think you should put the puff in a clean pouch and use the plastic lid on the cushion for better hygienic use.

MULE 2013 MY COLLECTION PART 2, Mule Artist Correcealer Balm and Artist Curve Brush + Artist Curve Puff

Mule Artist Correcealer Balm and Artist Curve Brush + Artist Curve Puff

Well this is part 2 of "My collection" of Mule. I know many of you are waiting for a new product from Mule but I guess they are not yet releasing products for the fall. Maybe we can wait something in the winter but for now, I'll introduce you products the released this year.

Mule Artist Correcealer Balm

This product has a nice magnet on the lid for opening and closing.

I think the magnet is strong enough to put this in your bag.
Unless you like to use your bag as a weapon, this wouldn't open XD

Since Mule product is always designed unlike other products
There's lot of explanation on the product.

If you look at the back you can see there is two cream
Volume Cheek Balm (Blusher)
Perfect Cover Balm (whitening/foundation)

If you open the lid you can see that inside it shows how to use this product
with the puff you can use to cover up your whole face

And there is this special brushes they suggest us to use
I will show this later :P Wait for it

When you open the lid this is what you will see

You can open up to use the balm

There's this net stuff that you can use to dust off and a place to use like a palette

This is how you use this.
First apply the cover balm on the brush and dust off it off on the net before applying on your face, to prevent over applying on the first sweep.

For the cheek balm I apply it on the puff and whip it off on the palette part for the same reason.

Puff

Very flexible and useful puff XD
I think this is a really good puff to apply balm equally around your face.
It's not like those cheap China made puff XD

Artist Curve Brush + Artist Curve Puff

These are the brushes you can use with the Mule Artist Correcealer Balm
Left one is the brush(Cover Balm) and Right is the puff(Cheek Balm)

I love the brush so much I think this is better than other brushes I've been using.
These are very small hair, Mule say they are 0.002mm
Which means these small hair can smoothly apply the balm on your facial skin and pores XD

The handles are made curved to help you apply edged places, like around your nose.

Take of the plastic before use XD
You use this for your cheeks, after you apply the Cheek Balm on this puff
tap some off on the palette and just gently apply on your cheeks

You know how some puff make your cheeks so like you painted on them
But this really helps beginners to apply smooth and naturally on your cheeks

HOW TO USE THESE PRODUCTS TOGETHER

Mule said to use the puff first and use the brush

Not Applied / Used Puff to apply / Used Puff + Brush to apply

I don't know if you can tell the difference
But overall of if the puff made my skin look like I did makeup
Brush made it more natural you can see that it has applied the balm into my pores too
Making it so natural and I didn't have any blocking on my pores

This is the Cheek Balm
don't you just love the pink?

the pigment isn't so soft like most blushers in Korea
and not so thick like most American brands.
Just the right amount
I really think this is a good product for beginners to start to use blusher
and a nice brush to use for your everyday makeup

I think it would be hard to make a better brush and puff than Mule!

Hope you liked my review!

Mule 2013 My Collection Part 1, Mule ER Treatment Oil, Mule Artist Essential Primer, Mule Moist Fixing Powder

YEAH! Mule!
I always am interested in what new products they are going to bring out
They always bring out products that you've never imagined
and yet useful in every way.

But sorry guys this isn't NEW
I know :( They haven't let out a huge collection for this fall
That's why I called it "MY COLLECTION"
I also added their new fall ER Treatment Oil product to my collection
and wanted to share it with you all.

Today I'll be introducing you these following products :
Mule ER Treatment Oil, Mule Artist Essential Primer, Mule Moist Fixing Powder

The main products Mule Artist Correcealer Balm and Artist Curve Brush + Artist Curve Puff will be reviewed on Part 2

Mule Moist Fixing Powder

Mule Moist Fixing Powder
is used for moist cover for your makeup, it also has bit of pearl so it brightens up dark spots well, and plus it's pretty XD

-Use this very last after you finished all your makeup-
The reason why it was so popular when it was released this year spring
is because of moist powder. This powder don't eat up your sweat and oil and turn into hard mass. Also it doesn't allow yellow dust and wind stick to your skin

I like the soft cushion this has
The cushion is shaped into a large finger to help applying it on
helping the powder to cling well onto your skin,

Check out the four holes the lid has.
Just right enough holes to control the amount efficiently

When you first buy this remember to remove the protective plastic tap on top of the powder. Don't you just love the pink powder?

I don't know if you can tell in the picture but the powder size is really small
Smaller the better it cling on to your skin ;)

I had to drop off some powder because I practically spilled it on my skin XD
If you apply just the right amount
You can see how shimmery the skin becomes

The powder texture seemed dry but when you apply it on your skin
Your skin turn really~~ Really soft

Artist Essential Primer

Artist Essential Primer

This is the makeup first step primer
This was also popular among skin care product lover
This used 7 natural ingredient oil as their main ingredient

-Use this after you wash your face-

-Natural ingredient oil milky oil and mineral water essence makes two floors
-remember to shake before use to mix the two layers into one to give moist and care for your dry skin. This will help your skin become its best condition
-7 different kinds of plant oil and mineral water helps your skin stay moist and smooth
-(Surfactants, animal-derived ingredients, mineral oil, ethanol) All excluded from the ingredients

Can you see the two layers on the left?
If you shake it for a bit the layers disappear and becomes one!

I really like the lid they have, My camera wasn't it's best condition when I took these pic
I know the pixels cracked a little, but you can still tell the shape of the lid
This makes me dip out slowly in small drops
Very useful to people who like to save up their cosmetic as long as they can :)

The liquid is very milky

Mule ER Treatment Oil

Mule ER Treatment Oil
is the product Mule is currently promoting these days
I think this is a great oil for the winter
In cold winter even oily skin needs some oil for their skin.
This also helps control dead skin cells too

How to use this oil?

1. Mix with foundation
2. Mix with night cream
3. Mix with lip balm
4. Use this oil to get ride of white heads or dead skin cells
5. Use it on dry hair and nails to give moist

The lid is same as the primer
I'm not sure if you can see but only a drop falls if you tilt the bottle.
Very helpful to control the amount :)

Texture is very watery
and you can see that my skin turned very smooth

Before / After
Used both Mule ER Treatment Oil, and Mule Artist Essential Prime

my pores seems smaller,
My skin look moist
overall my skin turned whitener because it got all the nutrition it needs!

I hope you liked it!
Wait for Part 2!
I'll upload it soon XD

Korean Cosmetic Makeup Blogger / Make Your Own Rule, Jung Saem Mule Ice Founcealer!

Suprising So many people ask me to get this for them.
I bought this while ago, and forgotten about the review for a while
and remembered because so many people found interested in this product!

So I decided to do a review!
Maybe I could answer some of your questions!

Today's makeup is
Jung Saem Mule Ice Founcealer #1
Can be used for foundation / CC cream

I really like the shimmer it has,
I would just stare at it as I move the case
I love the shimmer it has XD

How to use?
If you turn the side cream will come out
REMEMBER to CLOSE AFTER USE
or all the cream will leak out of the case!

See how nice the cream comes out?

This the cream~

I liked the sponge
just the right size and not those cheap Made in China sponge that rip after few use

Let's try it on
Swatches time!

Can you see the shimmer?
Even on my hand you can see the beautiful reflect
I love the cool feeling when applied!
I also LOVE THE MOIST!
The cream is really moist
The reflect is there because of the thick moist!

I like the natural look but also love the how it feels like I didn't apply anything!
After I apply I didn't feel any stickiness
(LOVE THAT!)

Before / After
I've been working outside on the sun and I got bit tanned XD
My pores need some massaging too
Forgive me about the pictures
If you see the Before and After
You can see the shimmer and how it clear up the skin

What I don't like about the product
Actually I don't have anything bad to say
But I know there are people out there that would like how little coverage it has
The coverage is almost none, either use a concealer or foundation on top

I would not recommend using this product to layer it on
I think because of all the water it has, you can see the layers,
It will look hideous.
Maybe because of all the water it also kinda melts :(
It doesn't melt a lot but I did notice it melting while I was working outside under the sun.

Other than that, I'm LOVING IT
